I have been along the beach in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and New Jersey on various vacation trips, but this will be a new experience.  It will be interesting to see how it will compare to the Pacific Coast Highway trip that I did  February- November 2022.

I decided to follow A1A to stay closer to the beach. I was ready for that view.

Many beautiful homes in Brunswick.

On a nice quiet road.
From years of camping I found that the sinks usually did not have a stopper.  I brought along one to use to plug the sink. Then I bought a kitchen sink from Sea and Summit.  I could wash dishes, my face, clothes in it.  Then the scrubba came out.  I sound this a better for washing clothes plus it can serve as an extra dry bag or water bladder.

As soon as I get into camp I like to set up the tent and get cleaned up. Getting fresh clothes and the road dirt off makes such a difference.  I have been known to wash the clothes while in the shower and this also takes care of the rinse.  I am sure that you will find the best method for your tour.  I like to get the wet clothes in the sun to dry.  I have also been know to strap the wet clothes on the bike in the morning.

It is nice to get into camp early enough to enjoy the setting.
