While I am doing my evening segment on the dyna cycle resistance trainer my rear is getting sore after 30 minutes.
This happens every time. My legs do fine, but my seat hurts first. on my first multi day tour my legs were great, but I could not sit too long in the saddle before I needed to stand up.
When I started touring again I was sure I did not want a sore rear. You need to "put in your seat time."
You need to condition yourself to be ready for many days in the saddle. That is part of reason for riding now. I will be ready to get out when the weather breaks.
