I am still able to be consistent

I have never been able to be consistent daily with riding.  I can do that because I am not going all out, but adjust my workouts so not too be consistently too hard on myself.  I began doing that as I was doing virtual challenges.  Granted that some days are short, easy rides.  When I feel that I pushed my body too hard, I will follow up with a short  ride.  When I was feeling low energy following my Covid-19 vaccine,

I signed up for a Strava challenge to help motivate me during April.

In the second week of April I did this challenge. It feels good to have this message pop up in my email when I accomplish the challenge.

I was pleased with March numbers too.

Daily I can see my progress from Monday-Sunday. I can look back over the previous 11 weeks. I do not want to have a big dip if I can avoid it.
